Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance. See the home page for an updated list of insurance carriers.

How do I make an appointment?

Click Request Appointment.

What happens at my first appointment?

The first appointment is a consultation, at the end of which we both can decide if a long term partnership will suit your needs. See What We Do for details.

How do I cancel an appointment?

For your convenience, appointment scheduling and cancellation are available online. For cancellations with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a no show fee.

When is payment for an appointment due?

Any applicable co-pays are due before your appointment. You are responsible for any fees not covered by your health insurance company.

Are phone appointments available?

Phone appointments are not available routinely. On rare occasions, if audio-video technology fails, switching to phone use can be a back-up option to meet your needs.

How do I handle any treatment concerns between visits?

Our secure patient portal allows for direct messages to facilitate communication.

Will I still be required to come into the doctor's office?

We primarily provide telepsychiatry services. Any necessary interventions that cannot be provided by this means will have to be performed in consultation with your Primary Care Provider.
